TianGe Acoustic Decorative Grooved Wood Acoustic Panels are crafted from high-density MDF or natural wood veneer, designed with precision-cut grooves that effectively absorb mid and high-frequency sound waves. The Grooved Wood Acoustic Panels feature an acoustic felt backing that enhances sound insulation and minimizes echo, ensuring excellent noise reduction performance. Their durable surface treatment resists warping, fading, and moisture, maintaining both aesthetic and acoustic integrity over time.
TianGe Grooved Wood Acoustic Panels come in six substrate types: E1 grade environmentally friendly substrate, E1 grade flame-retardant substrate, black ceramic aluminum substrate, white ceramic aluminum substrate, red ceramic aluminum substrate, and carbon fiber substrate. Finishes include melamine, natural wood veneer, technology wood veneer, fireproof board, paint, metal, and leather. The noise reduction coefficient (NRC) is ≥0.6. They are widely used in recording studios, concert halls, theaters, practice rooms, auditoriums, corridors, gymnasiums, conference rooms, multi-functional halls, banquet halls, and other venues.

1> First fix the aluminum profile onto the wooden frame or bottom board, and their distance suggested 6about 600mm.
2> Filled the 32-64kg/m density acoustic cotton among aluminum profiles.
3> Use the clips to fix the Acoustic Panel to the aluminum profile.
4> When install several acoustic panel, the distance between noses to noses suggested 2-3mm.
5> If install the acoustic panel in the horizontal way, then the notch of the panel should face down, and it need to be fixed tight with clips. After that install pieces and pieces of acoustic panel onto the lowest one.
